So I was working really long days with unusually complicated patients, kids school, sports and stuff every evening, meetings, birthdays, and the list goes on. Thursday came and I had a 630am meeting which I was already running late for, dropped my phone under my car which I had to crawl under and retrieve which lead me to lock my keys and coffee in my car! Get to work finally and walk right into a nose bleed and chest pain.....needless to say I was about to lose it! Half way threw my day these showed up with a note from my sweet hubby!!!
