"Monday" we found out that building a home on our property wasn't in the cards for us after trying for 3years. Moving on, we started to look at houses a wk ago and found this beauty that Matt fell in "love" with. We made an offer on Friday, they countered, we accepted and now under contract...BAM thats how you buy a house in 1wk!
